This morning started with a good little workout, carrying all of our food and drinks for the week out to the bus. Everyone got involved (even the parents) so we got it done quickly, and after several pictures and a prayer courtesy of Anthony, we were on our way to St. Louis. Despite having no electronics, we are somehow managing to find a way to have fun on the bus ride. At this point, I’m totally bummed out because I forgot my Uno cards but I have been reassured that there will be games to keep our free time fun-filled when we get to the church. Thankfully, we will be working most of the week anyway, so I’m very excited to get started. We will continue to share our experiences over the next couple of days, but that’s it for me, have a good week everyone! -Connor
